When should I put my trash out?
Before 7:00 a.m. on collection day. We advise all residents to have items out curbside the night before.
How do I dispose of furniture, appliances, etc.?
Please call our office at least 24 hours before your pick up day for pricing and to schedule these items for removal. For a list of bulk items we pick up, click here to refer to our Bulk Item Service.
What are considered unacceptable curbside items?
Antifreeze, asbestos, construction materials , chemicals, paint, poisons, propane or helium tanks, sod, tires, tree stumps, dirt, and rocks are among our unacceptable items. Click here to refer to our Services.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept payments by phone, mail, in-person, or online. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card. We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. What’s your holiday schedule?
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day. All remaining pickups for that week will be one day late.

How am I billed?
Customers are billed quarterly. Your statement will be in your mail one month prior to your due date.
If I get my neighbor to sign up, what do I get out of it?
One free month for you and your neighbor. Just make sure to have that person’s account number.
Where should I locate the trash can to be picked up?
Put the can at the corner of your driveway at the opposite end of the mailbox location if possible.
